| Medico-Legal I have over ten years of experience in
providing both Plaintiff, Defendant and Joint instruction Medico-Legal Reports, (ratio
30:30:40), both in London and the West Country. I have been involved as a committee member
of a Medico-Legal Society providing lectures for solicitors and doctors. I have attended
courses myself covering various aspects of personal injury litigation.
I have attended Court and have also
experience of conference with Counsel. I receive approximately 250-300 instructions per
annum for independent medico-legal reports from Solicitors and insurance companies. My
current waiting list for medico-legal reports in East Anglia is one-two months. On
occasions individual reports can be prepared at shorter notice providing all the notes
relevant to the case are forwarded in advance.
I endeavour to have all reports completed
within two weeks of my consultation with clients, providing relevant notes are available
for review and there are no issues of pre-existing problems that need clarification.
